Dave O'HanlonDavid is the business development manager for rosterit and he brings over 25 years experiance in sales and management IT roles to the business.

 

David previously headed up IRESS Market Technology in New Zealand and also worked for Dow Jones in Indonesia and New Zealand.

 

David's ethos is to know your client and understand their needs and work together to provide a solution that adds value.

 

David is based in auckland and is well travelled, Adaptable and very approachable and loves meeting new people and solving their rostering issues..


Hayden BrandonHayden is our online marketing and IT Support person for the rosterit system. He runs the online marketing concepts, Including 'Facebook' and 'Youtube'.

 

Hayden has the youth and energy to connect with the staff of many businesses and talk their language. He is first in line when you are needing help and support.

 

He is also involved with helping you get setup with rosterit so that it works with your business.

 

Hayden is our connection with the moving energy of the workforce.

 


Justin Mikkelsen

Justin is the hub at the center of the rosterit system. Everything goes through or via Justin. A huge part of his role is the overall management of all functions within the company.

 

Justin is a people person and he enjoys his role as the human connection to the online machine that drives your best rostering solution.

 

He will be the one that you can talk to, make requests of and will help make the right things happen for you.

 

Justin has had 10 years of frontline experience in project management and contract administration in IT and construction projects.

 

His tasks include managing the sales and administration staff. In fact often it will be Justin that helps you set up and run the rosterit system.


Sharon WeaverSharon brings to her role as a Director of rosterit over twenty years of experience and knowledge working in established private companies as well as large corporate organisations and in company start up situations.

 

Through this experience, Sharon has built on an information technology background, to develop a range of business management skills encompassing company start up through to on-going management and governance.

 

For the last twelve years, Sharon has been a Partner and Director in an investment group that backs New Zealand businesses with the potential for rapid and large-scale growth.

 

Since 1998, Movac (formerly AMR Holdings) has had a hand in helping entrepreneurs start more than twenty companies, including Trade Me..

 

Sharon spends her time in governance roles both for Movac and independent companies and is also an active social investor.


Steve BrandonSteve is the director and mentor for our growing company. Drawing on his 30 years experience in corporate business and financing, Steve has steered us through the development and into bringing this great product to the public.

 

Steve has guided us with his vision and knowledge. This expertise will remain with us as we grow into the future to become the main provider of this type of technology to your industry.

 

Steve lives in Wanganui with his family and enjoys a more pleasant life after the years of experience in corporate New Zealand previously based in Auckland.


David KingDave has over 20 years experience in the IT industry starting with basic PC’s all the way up to main frames and world wide networks spanning from the UK through to Finland. Dave started his career as a database administrator and has built many websites in the past.

 

Dave designed and wrote the system into being, his endless hours of work has made rosterit the advanced machine that it is; and he is always adding, tweaking and improving what we offer to you.

 

Dave runs our design, database and code writing resource team. He is in-house and possesses complete knowledge of the entire system. No outsourcing delays under Dave's watch.


NeilNeil is a director of rosterit who is based in Melbourne and brings the knowledge and experience from being involved in software development businesses over a 20 year period.

 

Neil has extensive experience in developing and commercialising successful products in Australia and New Zealand.

 

He was one of the founders of IRESS Market Technology Limited, a company that develops and sells stock market information and trading systems that went on to list on the Australian Stock Exchange.

 

 

As part of his role Neil oversees the product development of rosterit assisting the technical & sales team to ensure we deliver a product that not only meets our customers needs but is also easy for them and their staff to use.
